Complimentary consultations followed up by a quote.

If you would like to proceed it is a £100 non refundable deposit to secure the date.

Full payment is required 4 weeks before your wedding date. A reminder will be sent to you before the date. If the payment is not received we reserve the right to terminate the booking and you will loose your deposit.

Once the deposit is paid a proposal is then created which displays colour charts, inspiration images etc.

Consultations are free of charge at Ellies discretion however if multiple consultations and/or sight viewings are required there will be a charge to cover time and petrol.

No substantial changes can be made once the deposit has been paid. Arrangements can be added but if anything is to be removed the total will remain at the original price.

We will always strive to source the flowers stated in the invoice and proposal however there are a number of factors which can restrict us and in that instance we will replace with the closest substitute.

It is required that we are the only florist that provides the flowers on your wedding day. If you are wanting to add your own arrangements please let us know.

As we aim to use flowers for your wedding when they are in full bloom, this means we can not guarantee how long the flowers will last after your wedding date.

Blooms by Ellie holds the rights to post images of your wedding flowers however we will not post the images on the day of your wedding.

If we post images including you the couple they will be posted once either yourself or the photographer has posted them. If you would not like blooms by ellie to post any pictures of yourselves please email bloomsbyellie@gmail.com.
Delivery and Set Up

It is required that you provide delivery information 4 weeks prior to your wedding date and if any changes are made after the 4 weeks, Blooms by Ellie reserves the right to charge for any extra delivery costs.

Blooms by Ellie accepts no responsibility for any injuries or damages sustained from broken glass or items once we have left the event.

Once we have delivered the agreed items vases, bottles etc. It is then your responsibility, no items may be moved unless agreed before hand.

Any damage or loss of hired equipment will be chargeable at the market price.

Once Bouquets and buttonholes have been delivered it is then your responsibility to ensure they are stored in a space that is cool, out of the sun and draughts.

Blooms by Ellie can not be held be responsible for the failure to collect/wear any of the items provided. It is the responsibility of the wedding party to attach buttonholes.
Cancellation and Postponement

Cancellations must be made aware of as soon as possible.

Cancellation 6 months before the date- The deposit will be retained and no further payment is necessary.

Cancellation 3 months before the date- The deposit will be retained and 25% of the final payment is required.

Cancellation 4 weeks before the date- The deposit will be retained and full payment is required.

Postponements can be made up to 2 weeks before your wedding date. After that date full payment is required.

If you wish to postpone your wedding to another date, we will strive to accommodate your new date.

If we are able to provide flowers on your new date all money will be held onto and no further deposit will be required.

If for any reason we are not able to provide flowers on your new date the non refundable deposit will remain however if any other payments have been made they will be sent back.

Whilst we agree to use our reasonable endeavours to ensure that our service is fully operational and error-free, we cannot guarantee this. We are not responsible for any failure or delay in performance, in whole or part, by reason of cause beyond our control including but not limited to Acts of God, Sudden ill health, terrorism, accident, war, riot, lockout, strike, flood, fire, power or water failure, breakdown of plant or machinery, delay in transit, obstruction of access, postal delay, or any other unexpected or exceptional cause or circumstance.

If for any reason blooms by Ellie is unable to provide flowers for your wedding there is a trusted team of freelancers available which Ellie will work with.

Blooms by Ellie does reserve the right to suspend, restrict or terminate products and services at any time for any reason.
